Nine Hollywood

Nine Hollywood, located at 1809 Jackson St., will rise 18 stories, will consist of 226 apartments, and houses, 7,315 square feet of future retail. The project broke down in March 2022 and pre-leasing is expected to commence in April 2023. The project will feature state-of-the-art amenities like a resort style pool, gym and virtual gym. Floor plans will range from studios to two bedrooms apartments spanning from 400 – 947 square feet.
